I won't be there. Gots to teach a class.

I'm going - please save a seat. Also, please save me a hug. Failed candidates are extra huggable.

I can't be there, but if I, could I'd like to lounge comfortably across Eric, Ted, Andrea and Troy.

this is true. and the thought did go through our minds.
but other than the fact that Jason has already been in space in a movie, everything else about this idea is pretty sweet.
for starters, Jason wouldn't have been a full grown man in 1970. he might've been like 7, and was probably a nice little boy.

I did. Apollo the 13th is way better.

sass is good. keep on sassin'.

the second screening was fun - thanks for all who came out for it.
although we didn't win any awards, I still think ours again had the most consistent audience laughter throughout the piece. and as long as they like it, that's all that matters.

for those who went to the first screening, "Schindler's Lists" got the main award, and "Memen2" got the audience award. Second place went to a film from the second night of films, a tribute to Ed Wood and surrealist filmmaking the likes of Luis Bunuel with a really sweet trailer for "Son or Daughter? of Glen or Glenda?"

fun stuff all around.

Without having seen any of the competition, your trailer or even more than a few pages of the script, I can say with authority that you got robbed.

Not true...we did get recognized in the form of a certificate for having the BEST POSTER and BEST KILL! I am gonna frame that sucker and hang it on my wall!

Hats off to all involved. It was tons of fun. I can't wait for next year!!!
