Holy shit!

the second to last episode is tonight, and then the finale at Dave and Rachel's place. The season got crazy these last few episodes.

Roy, how is your progress coming along?

When's Season 3 coming out on DVD? I just finished Season 2. I want to catch up by the time the new season starts.

I think....maybe I don't. Maybe it's better to watch them on my own time instead of becoming shackled to the television at a specific time every week...

I *just* broke down and bought season 1 tonight. I'm never gonna make it.

Though, my improv schedule is pretty light this weekend. We'll see.

If it's anything like the previous seasons, the DVDs won't be released until early September. You can still download the episodes from the usual bittorrent suspects online though (which is how Erika and I usually end up watching it, as we're not always around Wednesdays at 9pm).

Although I will admit that the first six episodes were a little frustrating (set up a lot of questions, answered very little previous ones), this season got REALLY REALLY interesting. And if the first five minutes of Season 3 don't blow your mind...

You've got 21 episodes to watch in the next seven days. YOU CAN DO THIS!

I just saw episode 1 of Lost. Only 68 more episodes to go or something.

Also, right now it is shaping up to be Jurassic Park. If there are dinosaurs I'm going to kill someone for not forcing me to watch it earlier.

I have LOST season 3 on DVD-R. Wednesday nights at 9 my apartment goes into LOCKDOWN. Phones off, blinds shut, lights down, volume up. A watching party sounds fun, but I haven't met this "Rachel and Dave" get-up yet.

Jeff is serious about his Lost. He nearly hit me when I impugned the writers' long-term vision.

I will be there and I'll be bringing Apollo candy bars.

The season finale is supposed to be a "game changer" according to everybody on the show. This is what I think it is. Because we don't have spoil tags, I had to make it so the text isn't visible to everyone. You may have to quote me to read the text.

I think the cliffhanger will set next season up to take place in the future (their future would actually be our current time). The flashbacks will then all be about how people ended up in the positions they're in.

What sucks is that we'll have to wait until January to find out.

That is a brilliant theory. I hope they do that. I also hope that:

They get off the island and that the weirdness of the island follows them everywhere they go.
