I think we were really successful in bringing in new people to the theater, getting good attention from the local media and really filling the seats!! Thank you all so very, very much!
Our out of town guests seemed so happy at all the positive energy of the festival and I heard a number of them talk about how friendly and welcoming the Austin community is. I know they want to come back for other festivals, and they would welcome all of us visiting their cities as well!
GGG learned a lot and we will put that knowledge to good use next year where we hope to expand LAFF to more sketch and stand up, too! I'm especially glad to see so much discussion and ferment on the boards. It is a sign that we are really engaged, passionate and committed to working together to make the group a stronger unit and improv a stronger force in Austin. All the discussion is a great opportunity to think through things, to stretch, and figure stuff out, though I will say that I'd prefer to have those conversations face-to-face over good wine

If you have any questions or concerns or comments or ideas about next year's LAFF (or this year's) don't hesitate to contact me (or any member of GGG) personally. I would look forward to talking with you.
Its been so awesome for me to be part of such a thoughtful, intelligent, and driven community. I have gained so much from your talent and support over the last three years. Theater has been an integral part of my life since childhood and I could not be happier to be working with all of you.
GGG thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support in getting the first LAFF off the ground! Now, on to Out of Bounds!
The Girls (and Boys) of GGG
XO Jules
