If you missed tonight's show, you missed:

-- many jokes about sorority girls having lice, performed in front of an audience full of sorority girls

-- many jokes about Ratliff's age, performed in front of his parents, who are by definition even older

-- Valerie and Jason cleaning the floor by crawling on their bellies like reptiles

-- an implied comparison of Charles Dickens with Tupac Shakur

-- Kristin having an existential crisis

-- Cody having sex with a BBW (with lice)

. . . and so much more. It's kind of a highbrow show.

A highbrow show you have ONE MORE CHANCE TO SEE. Be there next week, or reproach yourself forever.

This was a really fun show. I particularly liked the thematically-related music that was played to edit scenes. Really interesting to watch.

Go see it!

Beeler, you're going to have to be more specific than that.

I dunno which one she's talking about, but I laughed my ass off after Cody sang a song that included something about "putting it in the wrong place" and then I heard the first few notes of the Wolf's "Backdoor Man"

Fine, but only for you, Ratliff.

When music was added as bookends as well as edits to the show, besides possibly conveying the atmosphere of the record shop playing music over it's speakers, it also helped to inform the following scenes and add an element of production value to the performance I rarely see.
The tone of the overall piece was set with these interludes which were unique unto themselves as well as an important part to the whole.

I think that's what I meant by "sweet".

Extra props go to CdR for the music choices last night. She really knew how to spin it last night.

Next week she is in the show along with Bill Stern. And they are a must see in this show. So come out for the last outing.
