Lost

Post by kbadr »

I just started watching season 1, courtesy of our fine stage manager.

So far, so good.

The most disturbing thing for me, though, is that within 10 minutes of the first episode, I found myself imagining being in the situation. That's something I think the writers/creators wanted. What I don't think they anticipated, though, was their audience seriously pondering "hmm...I wonder how long I'd have to be stranded on an island before the group of survivors would be ready to laugh at an improv show."

I need help.

Never get stranded on an island with me. I may ask for a suggestion and start playing the alphabet game. "Sorry, we had 'I'm hungry and dirty, you sick bastard!' last plane crash."

You work your life away and what do they give?
You're only killing yourself to live
