Show summaries for me and the public

Post by sara farr »

Hey Austin Improv!

I was both happy and sad to read that you guys all had a great shows last night. Of course I want everybody to be great, but it sucks that you guys were awesome on a night I couldn't be there. It feeds my impulse to just hang around every weekend so I don't miss anything.

BUT I have a sick leg and I'm trying to let it get better. I will probably have to miss tonight's shows, too. But maybe I'll feel up to moving around more by Sunday for the AIC meeting...

...ANYWAY, I would LOVE to see a summary of the shows from last night posted somewhere. Both for ME and for the general public so they know how RAH-some we are.

Do we have anyone still taking notes about the shows? I remember Jay sitting next to me about a month ago laughing (hard to not notice Jay laughing) and taking notes throughout the evening of shows. And if we do happen to have some show write-ups, where are they? Is there a place on the new website for them?

*EDIT*
Hey Advertising or Committee Committee, can we suggest a committee to be in charge of doing write-ups? Maybe it could be one of the host duties? Oooo! I like that!! and could arrange to have someone with a camera there so that we could get some photos - at least 1 per show. This would be especially great for the cagematch since some of the teams may never play together again. A nice momento.

*2nd EDIT*
And now I'm thinking of a "looking-back at the cagematch" trailer, a la "NFL Films", or like those "recap" (insert big sporting event) moments movie clips... "We laughed, we cried. There were fierce competitors... winners... & losers... & those other guys."
