I was there. It's hard to argue against 32 points, 16 assists and 8 boards - especially when most of his points were clutch. Dirk frustrates me with how angry he gets and his inability to attack the rim. How the Mavs managed to go 4/9 from the line in the 4th is beyond me, especially when they are the NBA's best at free throws. Oh well.

Nash is awesome, but I think Amare was quite the X-factor. He banged around in the paint all night long. That guy is such a beast, and now he's got free throws down.

I ALMOST went to the game. I can't believe I didn't buy those tickets. Now of course they'll lose when I go see them in Houston. I have other friends who went. I can't wait to gloat. DAY-UM, Amare was a beast in overtime. My favorite was the 10 points Nash put up in the last 50 seconds of regulation. Actually I think it was when he tossed the ball off "The Jet's" feet at the end.

I CAN'T BELIEVE Dirk didn't draw the foul on Marion on that last shot. Crazy. I really hope they match up in the West Finals. It would be a shame for either to go out to the Spurs or the Jazz.
