There's a double barrel full of last shows this weekend. Can you see them all? Dare you?

Who can run the gauntlet?

THURSDAY
8PM, Coldtowne
*Parallelogramophonograph's last 1930s show
*IFE's last Apocalypse show, and the last show of their 2 month run at Coldtowne
*Shannon's last (for now) Spices show

FRIDAY
8PM, Coldtowne
*Hoover's Blanket's last RIVALS sketch show

10PM, Hideout
*Jill & Kaci's last One Woman Showdown

SATURDAY
8PM, The Blue Theater
*The Frank Mills's last sketch show (until May)

Actually, you can't see them all, since Saturday at 8PM is also the last Whirled News Tonight at Coldtowne.

oh, yeah, our real last show is saturday at coldtowne filling in for coldtowne at 10pm. then our next last show is sunday at coldtowne filling in for ourselves in the encore show.

Sunday 7PM - Coldtowne (where they headline Encore!)

The Frank Mills deserves your respect because they are some of the most talented people we know.

Hoover's Blanket deserves your respect because they push sketch comedy to the best and strangest places.

Kaci and Jill deserve your respect because the amount of work they put into this show, shows. It's great.

Pgraph deserves your respect, but they've already got it, right. :)

Shannon deserves your respect because he's Shannon, how can you not respect that.

IFE deserves your respect because they put on a FUCKING awesome show at Encore last Sunday, for only four people.

You Me & Greg deserves your respect, after all, they saw YOUR show, and hosted all by themselves that one Friday. Of course, that doesn't mean you have to show up and play in the OPEN improv jam and have fun at Encore with all of us! It just means you're a hypocritical douche if you don't. Bam!

Thursday:
I'll be playing at CTT in Pgraph's final 1930's show at 8:00.

Friday:
Christina and I will be attending the 8:00 Frank Mills Show and then the 10:00 One-woman show, so you can come sit next to us in the audience and perhaps buy us a beer.

Saturday:
I will be playing the 8:00 show at CTT and the 10:00 Maestro at the Hideout.

Sunday:
I will be stage manager at the CTT for Encore!

So, run the really, super-duper, ultra-uber-true and real gauntlet by making this a weekend to Wes-member for the rest of your lives.

Who is playing in the Threefer (Madness) tonight? I think Junk is slated to appear through a series of switches with other troupes, but I am not sure. The shows listed on the homepage for austinimprov.com are:

"UPCOMING SHOWS THE WEEK OF Tuesday 2/13/07- Sunday 2/18/07"

Perhaps since the Threefer isn't officially part of the "Gauntlet",the "True Gauntlet", or the "True, True Gauntlet", this was overlooked. The previous comment is a joke.

I can deny. The Cupholders are taking the place of Coldtowne in the Double Barrel, last I heard.
