FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, the NBC tv show, needs extras to be a crowd watching a muddy football game. the call is 4pm and could go 10-12 hours, but most likely will only go around 6. The pay is $54 a day regardless of how long we go, unless it goes over 8 hours and then you get time and a half.
i did this last week and it was really cool. i got free lunch, worked for 4 hours and got $54. and i'm probably going to be on NBC in March. My dad is retardly excited.
they told me to invite anyone above 15 years old so that should be everyone reading this. you're supposed to give this lady a call. i can give you her name and number via private message if you're interested. i'm pretty sure you just call her and say you're down for either or both days. they'll give you all kinds of fancy directions cheifly that it was being shot in a cow pasture!!!
how sweet would it be to have a huge AIC crowd going on? we could use that for comedy in some promotional capacity, possibly even illegal. let's do it.
also, it's just sweet to see the whole operation go down. they use three handheld cameras all the time and shoot on 16mm film, where most shows shoot on digital and use rigid tripods and blah blah, rtf degree nerd. it's fun. let's represent, get paid, and get on the friggin' tv.
has your image ever been burned onto a series of still film frames and played back to give the illusion of motion?

Dude. I want to know too. I went to college with Kyle Chandler and recently ran into him at the airport. He's pretty darn nice.
