I hate to bail out. I have also come down with some crud. It hurts to talk. I considered coming anyway and playing a silent role in the Maestro. Seemed like a potentially interesting challenge. I think staying home and not getting all of the audience and players sick is going to be a better plan.
Sorry Ceej, sorry Val, sorry Cupid.
Have a great Val-day show anyway!!
Love,
Aden

I know it's late in the day to do this but I've got to bail too - for what to most of you are obvious reasons, and to which some of you it will be obvious soon enough.
Truth is I think I'm going to cut back on weekend improv other than the classes at Coldtowne, and just get my head straightened out.
However...
Feel free to call me up if you just want to hang out with me as a friend and just chill. I think chilling is really, really nice right now. Chilling is awesome. I need more chill.
In the end, getting through this, I think I'll be in a better place; but for right now, kid gloves, good wishes, and a supportive pat on the shoulder will go a long way towards helping me.

Well, 12 stood on stage at the beginning and at the end only one survived.....
Congrats to Ace for his victory tonight, and many thanks and props go out to Chris and Valerie for directing one enjoyable Maestro. The house was packed, and I believe many of them will return after what they saw tonight.
Thanks Chris and Valerie!!!!!!

That was a lot of fun. I hadn't played Maestro in a while. Good job everyone.

Thanks! It was blast directing again. I had a lot of fun with everyone, especially with Val who did a great job.
Thanks to those who wanted to play, but got ill or double-booked and had to back out and thanks to
those who stepped in to help us out.
There were many good scenes and a couple of great ones. I love scenes from nothing and Shando and Joplin came up with a really odd and kick-butt scene. Jill doing a sweet job as all characters in an American Idol auditon. Mike as a treasure map in Small Voice was sweet, "I just want you to fold me up and put me in your pocket." Andy was sweet on lights and audio!!! And of course, Ace is just Ace, one smooooooth criminal.
Thanks EVERYBODY!

Sometimes it's a form of love just to talk to somebody that you have nothing in common with and still be fascinated by their presence.
