Wes, if you want someone to coordinate the first roundtable, I would be more than willing to put together something on flyer design. I know JV is already interested and I check with Sara and Jastroch as well.

Yes, finding a date is the first step and as part of the advertising committee I want to be there, but you are free to put it together and run it. I also have some things to add on this front.
