Can anyone recommend someone who works cheap to design a logo for my start-up and possibly a media kit?

Sara Farr did Merlin Works' logo I believe. She has good skills for logo work.

Sorry, but without the improv tapes, (of which I've gotten no responses yet) I have no need for a professionally designed media kit. If I have time to wait, I can save my money and design my own kit in Scribus & Pixel.
