If you disrespect your character, or play it just for laughs, it will sell some gags, but it's all technique.

Sacrifices have been made to the metal gods. The blood ritual is complete. Starwolf Nightranger rises.

Good showing by Sara (Twisted Sister), Joel (Dixon), and Chris (Rattlesnake), but the glory of glory deservedly goes to Jason (Starwolf Nightranger)!!! AIC represent!!!!

That was a super-badass fun time. AIC truly did represent from the judging to the hosting to the mind blowing performances I witnessed. I can't fucking wait for the finals.

And yes, Buck Nasty is a bit of a prick.

This was a great night!!! Lots of fun contestants and though I was REALLY scared to get up there, I competed and rocked out!! And that is why I go - to support this great art form! If you haven't been to see this show - GO!!!!! You won't regret it.

Loved the snarky remarks of judges, and yet they were able to keep the energy positive which brought the night to life! Props to Rattlesnake, Dixon, & Starwolf!!! (And the firey breath of BN.) And that weirdo in the workout gear! What WAS that??

And of course our rockin host, Jen Cargill who whipped the crowd into shape and kept the air musicians in line (almost!). ROCK ON AUSTIN!!!

So what are the rules regarding setup/lead-in time? I've got an idea but it'd take 20-30 seconds of setup (and 4 other people)
