A tall glass of cold milk (or two or three) and:
picking up crushed walnuts with a big spoon of nutella
or alternatively--
picking up chocolate chips with a big spoon of peanut butter
Reese's was really onto something with the peanut butter cup. I view these as 'healthy' whole food alternatives. Isn't that delightful!

I'm not too picky about snacks, but I tend to gravitate towards crunchy snacks. Carrot and celery sticks, broccoli, chips, rice cakes drizzled with olive oil or spread with avocado, ice cubes, raw almonds, dry cereal, cookies, rice crackers...
