Knot Improv, tonight in the Blank Show

Post by Roy Janik »

Tonight at 11:30pm at the Hideout there will most definitely be Knot Improv.

Come see 8 IMPROVISERS
attached by 1 ROPE

You'll see scenes, games and all manner of mayhem resulting from improvisers who have the power to pull and manipulate their fellow performers at whim.

It's edgy.
It's highly experimental.
It's Knot Improv.

P.S. There's still room for performers, especially now that Marc is out. We tried out the rope earlier today, and there's definitely some possibilities.

I've got 100 feet of rope, so the more the merrier. Catch me before or after Maestro.

How was the show? How was the audience? What's the world like out there? Are we still at war?

The show didn't happen. Apparently six audience members showed up, but it was in groups of two far after the show start time, so they each got individually turned away.

Roy's probably going to do knotprov knext week
(that was an honest typo that I decided to leave in)

Yep. Knot Improv happens next week, and Slacker will be put off.

I'll be making flyers today and putting some up tomorrow. There will be another rehearsal this week for those who are interested.

I've been noticing the situation Kristing brought up happening a LOT lately. It's not just a few people wandering up late, but sometimes over half the audience is showing up 20, 30 minutes late. The same thing happened at Whirled News last night.

I have NO idea why this happens, or how to fix it. Do we need to get harsher about our late seating policy so that people learn? I dunno.
