Do Jastroch A Solid (x2)

Post by Jastroch »

All of ColdTowne will be gone for the holidays, leaving little old me by my lonesome, which is good, because it means I can blast my music and walk around in my underwear. It is bad for the following reasons:

1) I have knee surgury scheduled on Wed. the 22nd at 11am and no way to get back and forth to the clinic. According to the doctor, I should be on my feet right after the procedure, which won't take too long, but I'll likely be back on crutches. *

I'll know this afternoon exactlly when I can expect to be released. If anyone is getting off work early and wants to help a brother out, I'd be forever in your debt.

2) I have no way to get to the Thanksgiving Pot Luck on Thursday. If anyone's heading that way and in my neighborhood(ish), I'd love a ride.

* I know, smart move scheduling it when all my roommates are out of town. But the next available time was in late December, and I'm tired of being a cripple.

If for any reason Mo can't, I can too. Off that day.

It's dumb to say Aslan comes back to life when everybody knows it's Jastroch who comes back to life. And Lion-O. Lion-O comes back to life.

Be sure and check out Wes's book, Tea with Mr. Tumnus. It's a classic.
