THE preferred way or HIS preferred way?

PS: There's no way I'm reading through that entire link to find that one little quote. However, I did come across a different spelling: Monologuist.

I want Mike Daisey to visit Austin.

you will never ever get me to stop saying:

Ma-NAH-ludge-ist
If you disrespect your character, or play it just for laughs, it will sell some gags, but it's all technique.
It's like watching a juggler-- you'll be impressed by it, but it's not going to touch you in anyway. "

The dictionary accepts both pronunciations, but does list Daisey's first.
"I do."

Craig and Jordan, your work is already done:

Dead solo-speaker: Monolo-ghost.
Solo-speaker not from here: Monolo-guest.
King's comedic solo-speaker: Monolo-jester.
Ricky Martin as a pornographic solo-speaker: Manudo-Jizzer.
They call me Dollar Bill 'cause I always make sense.

Let's talk, Phil. I'll meet you over on the menstruation thread, where men can walk hand in hand without shame, as they do in many cultures.
