OK, I've misled you all, or at least allowed you to mislead yourselves! Ha-ha!

There is no fried turkey option. It was "cajun" turkey. Besides which, it turns out when I went over there that it wasn't actually cooked. It came frozen and took 3 days to thaw.

So, I just ordered the plain ole cooked traditional turkey and some sides. Other people in town do sell friend turkeys (maybe Sambets or Church's. They used to), but my parents didn't get me a gift card to those places, so there.

I do have a counter-top fryer and will be more than happy to drop individual slices in it if you so desire for some reason.

FYI, the benefit of a "Fried Turkey" is that the frying instantly cooks the turkey's skin which seals in all the juices & flavor. Frying a piece of cooked turkey will not be the same.
