Some friends of mine bought a house and need to rent out the house they are currently living in by Dec. 1. Please pass this on to anyone who might be interested. Pretty big, though I'm not sure of exact square footage
2 bed; 2 bath (with toilets!!)
$1,200/month (I was very shocked to hear it was this cheap)
kick-ass a/c (got cold in June)
big back yard
good size front yard
2 car carport/garage thing
washer and dryer
they keep it very clean
