WaffleFest marketing?

Post by Wesley »

This came up in the meeting yesterday, but I can't remember who was going to follow-up and I hadn't heard anything about it today, so...

Will/did WaffleFest and the schedule make the Chronicle cut-off date?
Are there any planned promotions for WaffleFest? (i.e. flyers, hitting up campus, etc.)
What resources are needed?
"I do."

Wafflefest submitted two rounds of press releases, both well before Chronicle cut-off dates.

Improv for Evil has volunteered to sign up waffle-makers, box office and tech support from the participating troupes over the next couple weeks.

I would love to do a flyering event. Anyone up for that?

This makes me happy. Thanks, Andy.

Flyering...hmm...there's gotta be a creative way to flyer for this. I'll help out for sure...though I suspect the prospect of free waffles will make people come out (why is it that 37 cents worth of batter makes people pay $10 for tickets and come out in droves?)

Just want to get the numbers right:

So 3 wafflemakers, 1 box office, 1 tech per show then?
5 volunteers per slot?
