REGARDING THE AIC THANKSGIVING PARTY

as i'm sure you are completely and totally aware, organizing EVERY SINGLE BODY in the AIC to occupy the same space in time is a tad bit challenging.

we set the photo time for 6pm because we wanted to give the kids that are scheduled to be at ColdTowne Theater that night enough time to run in, do the photo and get over to the Theater.

therefore, the photo will happen promptly at 6pm.

party starts at 4pm, so that gives people plenty of time to get there and mill around pre-photo.

we didn't arrive at this time willynilly, it was discussed and decided on by PHOTO TIME PLANNING COMMITTEE. which does not really exist.

but you get my drift.

hope everyone can make it.

ALSO - make sure you aren't signing up to bring a dish that someone else has claimed!!

problem with 6pm. it's 6 right now and it's almost totally dark outside. further into november it will only get dark sooner, right? i think.
anyway, maybe 5 is a better time. tell people five and we'll get the picture taken maybe by 5:30???

You Me & Greg is at 7. That puts call time at 6... and call time for those working at the theater at 5:30.
