FACT OF THE DAY: In 2008 a woman sued Quaker Oats, alleging false advertising for Cap’n Crunch’s Crunchberries, which were not real berries. The lawsuit was dismissed, with a judge writing: “so far as this court has been made aware, there is no such fruit growing in the wild or occurring naturally in any part of the world.”
