FACT OF THE DAY: Along the approach to Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a large hand-painted rooftop sign reads “WELCOME TO CLEVELAND.” Photographer Mark Gubin painted the sign as a prank in 1978 and has maintained it ever since.
