ColdTowne Theater Opens the Doors Saturday October 28!

Post by ChrisTrew.Com »

That's this Saturday! The buzz is buzzing and the time is nearing. Our shows for this Saturday and all Saturdays until 2007 include:
Whirled News Tonight! - 8pm
The Knuckleball Now & ColdTowne - 10pm!

There's going to be a nice fresh fun feeling in the air this Saturday on Airport Blvd. Come see the new place, the new paint job, our new sign hanging nicely in the sky, drink beer, and look around at things and stuff.

They already have a spirit. Remember Dan? He's buried in the walls.

I just got back home from performing in the first show at the ColdTowne theatre and let me tell you -- it was awesome.

The theatre was great, the staff, the opening music, the beautiful murals and signage, the crowd and the show. All awesome.

Congrats ColdTowne. I am so proud of you and happy for you and happy to be a part of this great new thing.

Smooches.

Anyway, great party (though I spent most of it talking to a fellow geek) and I'm going to pass out now, if I don't wake up, you guys are awesome.

Wish me luck at the ER tomorrow, and if I didn't go to the ER, like... fucking make me or something because I -did- start to get dizzy walking to my car, but that might just be psychosomatic from Mike telling me if I get dizzy...

wooh....

anyway, nightnight.

It was a grand, grand opening night to be sure.
The theater is beautiful and intimate, and I felt very comfortable on it's stage.
Congrats on your current and future success!

Hip Hip Huzzah and mushy tidings to everyone who came out and/or supported us this last year. If Austin improvisors weren't so wonderfully kind and supportive, we wouldn't have stuck around. Chris would be in Chicago, I'd be in New York, Arthur would be playing War Craft, Tami would be at the Circle Bar, Justin would be prospecting and Dan would be in Israel (wait...).

You guys make this town. That, and breakfast tacos.

Tennessee State Capitol Building reference.
