Crash Every Party: Improv and cocktails with the cool kids!
Pillow fight at the slumber party in the other room, shake your groove thing at the Dance Party down the hall, trade barbs at the Political Party, or go for 7 Minutes in Heaven. iScream Sandwich invites you to attend as many parties as are spread out throughout The Institution Theater in that one night nestled between two energetic sets of improv.
CRASH EVERY PARTY is a chance for you to fill up your entire weekend’s dance card within the first two hours. Every week will feature different celebrations throughout the building hosted by improv mavens, iScream Sandwich and a different special guest troupe, with each showcasing their hilarious audience-inspired comedy to close and open the night, respectively. Attendees will also get a photo booth, the magic of Andrew Johnston and free iScream Sandwich cocktails.
iScream Sandwich performs classic improv format the Harold, in a set that combines fun characters with surprising situations that result in delightfully unexpected, hilarious connections. iSS members have trained with Second City, i.O. West, The Magnet, UCB, and Austin’s own Institution Theater. The group won the 2014 Favorite Improv Show award at The Institution Theater in Austin, Texas.
