How about in the great neighborhood or Cherrywood within walking distance from Haymaker, Mi Madres, Eastside Café, and all the other magically delicious places on Manor and multiple bus stops. The room comes with it's own bathroom complete with an adorable clawfoot bathtub. The house has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, large front and back yards, and front and back porches for all the lovely chats you can muster. This to sublet from me from mid-March through July with the possibility of a year lease starting up again in July. You would have two awesome roommates who are improv/sketch alums and one adorable dog roommate. Rent is $800 plus utilities.
