This is my first time posting here! Cool!
Every Sunday in January at The New Movement, we are hosting workshops that teach/refresh form knowledge. The workshops start at 6:00pm, followed by a jam at 7:00pm. Anyone who participated in the workshop will headline the jam by performing the form they just learned. NEAT! Workshops are $5. Jams are free.
