Casting Paranormal Activity 5

Vicky Boone Casting is looking for regional talent to star in the upcoming Paramount

feature film, Paranormal Activity 5, shooting in Los Angeles starting February. We are

looking to cast the two lead roles, Ryan and Emily, who are a young married couple with

an infectious energy that an audience can cheer for. These two leads must have good

comedic timing and be believable parents to a 6 year old daughter. Please note that this is

a largely improvised project, so comfort with improv is necessary.

A brief description for each role:

Ryan (26-31)— A big kid at heart, Ryan is growing into his family man status. He works

as a video game coder and designer, and is most likely to be found in a hoodie on any

given day. He and Emily married after she became pregnant with their daughter six years

ago.

Emily (26-30)—An expert task juggler, Emily is a warm and loving organic-eating, yoga-
teaching hippie with experience traveling to exotic places like India. She’s ready for a

fresh start away from NY after her sister passed away last year.
