Who we are looking for: ANY Austin-area creative or arts organization including visual and performing artists, musicians, performers, and interactive entertainment
What we are looking for: A variety of creative, family-friendly musical and artistic performances, activities, festive costumes and performers and visual art installations on the grounds of Auditorium Shores.

Submitting an idea is easy! We just need three things.

1) Contact information – Provide a single point of contact’s name, phone number, and email address.
2) A written narrative - Describe who you are and show what you want to do. Be sure to address the important questions of WHO, WHAT, WHY, and HOW, including any special technical requirements you’ll need. Be detailed, be realistic, and keep it short and sweet.
(1 page maximum)
3) A detailed budget – Include everything that you would need for the project. ($3,000 maximum). Projects without financial assistance are also welcome.

All submissions are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on 10/1/2013.

An artist or arts organization may submit more than one proposal for consideration. City staff will review the proposal submissions, and make selections based on artistic merit, feasibility, compatibility with overall event, and budget. The number of selected submissions is limited by the amount of available City funding. Once selected, artists may seek underwriters for their selected project with the final approval from the City of Austin.
