...when I say I'm home in Austin to stay.

Some of you won't care about this (so skip to the next post), but for those who do the forum is the easiest way to reach y'all and word of mouth would probably be too slow since this is coming up fast.

I have been offered, and accepted, the position of Musical Director for Second City's touring company. I will be flying to Chicago for a week of rehearsals August 10th and then flying to New York and porting out on the Norwegian Gem on August 17th. I will return on or around December 14th. So, ya know, save a spot in a Christmas show or Same Year's Eve for me.

Thanks for the experience and support you all have given me over the years which has enabled me to get to this point. I'm excited.

One bright spot here. I will start going nuts with the photo/travel blogging at www.perfectlyreasonabledreams.com again so I can take you all with me. We'll be going all along the Eastern Seaboard as far north as Halifax and down into my stomping grounds in the Caribbean as far out as the Leeward Isles.

I'll be playing Trekkin', Maestro and the Level Bb grad show this weekend and a BoS with GGG next Friday and then I believe that's it for a while. I hope to see some of you there.
