Need someone to sublet cool South Austin house

I will be moving out of my duplex in December and need someone to move in and sublet my place! I live with Andy Crouch, you may know him, in a really neat 2-bedroom duplex off South Congress in Travis Heights. Great neighborhood. Price is $460/mo plus bills. I love living here but I will be moving to Guatemala soon. Call or email me if interested.
