Seeking ANY and ALL types of acts for Austin's Most Unpredictable Variety Show: THE DRESS REHEARSAL

The Dress Rehearsal is a show where some of the most talented people in Austin are given six minutes on stage to do ANYTHING they’d like.

This show is on the Spider House Main stage and is currently their fastest growing and most popular event.

THE ONLY RULE: It must be something they have never performed in front of an audience before... hence, "The Dress Rehearsal"

This is an opportunity for:

• Stand-up comics to try new material!
  Sketch Groups to try out new sketches!
  Improv Groups to try out a new form!
  Musicians to debut their new songs!
  Film Makers to show their new short films!
  Dancers and acrobats to try out new routines!
  Storytellers to tell their new stories!
  Puppeteers to try out new puppies!
  Kung Fu Masters to try out new types of punching!
  Insane people to read their new manifestos!
  Or otherwise waste the audience's time in a creative, entertaining or weird way for up to six minutes!

The Dress Rehearsal is chance to do absolutely anything for the first time in front of a real audience at a fun, casual, kooky, non-judgmental and no pressure venue! It's also a great chance to fine tune an idea, preview something you're working on, or promote an upcoming show you're doing.

Shows are every 1st and 3rd Wednesday @ 9pm at the Spider House Ballroom. Admission is free. So come check us out!
