Hey Guys,
We would love to have you as a volunteer extra in the Bachelor Auction this Wednesday night, which will be filmed for season one of Modern Dads on A&E, premiering this fall. We're going to be auctioning eligible bachelors off to the highest bidder. Proceeds will go to the Buda fire department. This is an unpaid gig. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.The event will take place at Fiesta Gardens on Town Lake at 2101 Jesse E. Segovia Street.
Tentative arrival time is 6:30-7pm. We plan to wrap shooting around 10pm. These times are estimates based on the best available information we have now and are subject to change a bit. We will let you know your official call time by tomorrow evening, provided we have your signed release and photo.
You are welcome and invited to bring friends, students, or troupe-mates. In order to be admitted, each extra must print and sign the appearance release (see attached) and return it to me along with a recent photo. Scans are best but I will accept clear photos of the signed release. Please email the signed release with photo as soon as possible.
***No extra will be allowed into the event without a signed release and photo already on file.***
