Joe Bill changed my improv life.

He'll probably change yours.

i've stolen so much from joe bilperforming and teaching-wise, it's not even funny.

seriously...when i do it it's not that funny.
If you disrespect your character, or play it just for laughs, it will sell some gags, but it's all technique.

Had to bump this thread to leave this Jill Bernard quote here:

Right now we're hovering around 8 or 9 on each day. It's capped at 16, but it doesn't look like it will get there.

This was a really fun and inspiring class. I saw the funniest scene ever. There's still room for tomorrow, and I think this would be especially awesome for teachers- we've been hitting a little here and there on how to teach improv while we learn.

Which scene was that, Val? I'm curious if it's the same one I'm thinking of :-)

It was the one with you and Greg in the fraternity bathroom. I could not stop laughing. There was just so much great work from everyone all weekend!

Haha! I thought for sure it was going to be Sandra's "I'm ready to see if I can get pregnant now". That was a lot of great scenes back-to-back.
