Roommate - North Austin by MoPac & IBM, $380/mo in a 2/2

This is kinda a standing call for a roommate, North Austin 11900 Hobby Horse Court, at $380/mo +1/2 uts, lease lasts 9 months from next Wednesday (Oct 06-June06) and comes with a Boyko. Despite rumors, I do not walk around the house naked or with my underwear.

I prefer no pets, and a cat will most assuredly kill me with it's deadly, deadly dander.

Deadly Deadly Dander is a cool improv troupe name.

The bedroom is 10'10" by 11'3" with a walk-in closet. No adjoining bathroom, but the main bathroom is just a walk across the hall. By the way, the bedrooms do not share a wall - extra privacy.

As for my personal life: I tend to be disorganized but in ways that generally don't attract bugs; which means I tend to keep my personal area cluttered with papers and stuff, while the common area tends to be cleaner.

So... this is pretty much a standing call...
