playoff baseball watching

Post by the_orf »

Anybody up for wathcing some of the American pasttime tomorrow?

Any Cardinals fans out there, here in the heart of Astros country?

My hometown redbirds managed to back their way into the playoffs, because nobody else in the NL Central wanted to go. Hey, it counts anyway! I'll be watching the opening NLDS game at Haus Wakeman-Orf on Tuesday afternoon at 3 pm. If anybody wants to join me (especially Cards fans, but I'm not discriminating here), just shoot me a PM or post a reply here.

Otherwise, I'll monitor my own rising blood pressure by my lonesome as the Padres and Cardinals do battle.

Go Cards!

I'm definitely up for this, but tomorrow is ColdTowne meeting day. Keep posting or call me or ask and it'll work out eventually.

I work until 3, so I probably won't get back until 3:20-ish. But the game won't start until 3:05 or 3:10, so it's not that bad. Stop by any time after then.

Of course, I'm going to try to leave work early so I can be there for first pitch. That's just my way.
