i highly recommend this show for anyone looking to get help changing their habits and awareness about their bodies. i'm l;ike, so much more aware of my body now. ohmigod.
but seriously, its good mojo and it just feels good to be around other awesome, funny people who are shedding pounds every week. quite the motivator. and ty ty is a great producer and has been busting his rump to make this show great and get good

If you are on the fence, and aren't sure that you are ready to make a change, I'd like to encourage you to try to take the leap.
This first season has taught me a lot about the dynamics of losing weight. If you want to change, you have to commit to doing the work. The people that are successful seem to use the team when they doubt their commitment.
The show is fun, funny, and has occasional moments of pure joy.
