corporate building and bar for film

Hey all,
I'm looking for a bar and a corporate looking building that would be willing to let a film be shot in them. It could be done after business hours so as not to interrupt work. I'm looking for numbers for a budget at the moment. If anyone think their company may be up for it and to grab some extra income, please let me know. I would appreciate it.
