Hip-hip-hooray! I know the space will be properly utilized. You guys have been such great caretakers for the upstairs theater, I'm super excited to see what develops "downstairs".

I might be all late to the party and all, but congratulations to you all. The Hideout has always been my very favorite place in the entire world to play, and I have missed the days when it belonged to improv. I look forward to coming home and playing with you when I get the chance.
