October 6th

Post by Jessica »

Hey all,
I have an idea - let's do a Maestro on October 6th. How about if you guys sign up - and I'll look for a director - and then we get together on Saturday night and play some awesome fun games and scenes? Who's down?

I'm skeptical this "Maestro" thing will ever catch on, but what the heck. I'll try anything once.
The silver knives are flashing in the tired old cafe. A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee. She says "My body is the life; my body is the way." I raise my arm against it all and I catch the bride's bouquet.

Dear Jessica,
I hate to play the family card, but my mommy and daddy are in town and have never seen me do improv... well, they've never seen me do it on stage. One might say that they've seen me doing it all my life, but anyway, I digress. Can I please please please play on Saturday?!
Thank you for your consideration, Miss.
Lovingly yours,
mia

I was defeated last time by my own smirk. Damn my involuntary smirk!

So I'd love a second shot...

I owe Mike K. a ducky (our token prize for maestro winnings), but if I can win this Saturday, I can avoid giving it up maybe. Sign me up!
