Color Coding Not Working?

Has anyone else's forum color coding for unread threads gotten less consistent lately? Threads that I've clicked on are still showing up as unread for me.

It's been like that for a while for me. For whatever reason to be a thread that is marked as "Unread" actually means "Unread on this Device/Browser"
