Brian Got The Job, now needs to find a place

Hey!

1) I got the job in Austin. I can afford to actually pay for Improv now.

2) I need to find a place. I'm hoping to keep it under $425 for a 1br, and under 650 for a 2br. I'm looking in NorthWest, NorthCentral, and just-north-of-hyde-park, near Koenig/2222. If I can avoid the major highways on my commute everyday, that would be a plus. Also: NO BUGS! (Seriously, a cockroach crawled in my ear once.) And because I'm saving up for a house, a 6 month, not a full-year, lease would probably be appropriate.

3) I'm also interested in roommate situations - in fact, would prefer it but don't know anyone right now who needs a roommate.
