(As seen on Facebook:)
My lovely little lady kitty needs a new home. If you or someone you know is potentially looking for a new feline friend please read on and/or share this post with them.
Roy and I found her as a skinny and starving three month old stray during Christmas of 2003. This is a video of her eating that first night we found her, presumably trying to make scary noises to fend off competition for the food, but instead making amazing sounds. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyPim5AmhWQ
She is super friendly and will greet you with meows when you come home, lay on your chest when you're on the couch, and rub against any house visitors inspiring them to fall in love.
She never grew to full cat size, so she's a little smaller than your average cat. She's still very healthy and energetic.
It is really difficult to give her up. I'm choosing to do so because I'm going to be traveling to Philly and back at least twice per year for the next three years, and one flight is difficult on her so I don't want to pur her through six during that short amount of time. I'm also not sure where I'm going to end up during summers and that will be easier with more flexibility. She deserves a more stable home.
If you have any questions let me know.
I'd also be open to the idea of a temporary fostering arrangement as opposed to permanent adoption, if that would be an easier commitment for somebody to make we can chat about that.
Kitty references:
"I have cared for this kitty. As has Paul. She is awesome. Adopt her!! We would if our kitties didn't have such personality oddities. They barely tolerate each other. SO it's YOUR Job, rest of you! Make this happen. KP is the BEST! ♥" - Aden
"KP is great! And small. Anyone would be lucky to have her." - Roy
