August Sublet

Hey all,

My new roommate can't actually move in until September 1st which means I have a room available for sublet for August. I certainly can't afford it on my own. Rent is $395, utilities run about another $100. We have a resort size 9 foot deep pool, a great gym with free yoga and personal training, and an indoor basketball hoop at your disposal for that month.

If you're a TV fan you'll love my set up. I have over 2.5 TB of Movies, TV shows, and music which is all accessible from the TV in my living room. I have Netflix and Hulu+ also accessible from the living room. And I'm pretty chilled.

I really, really need someone for August. Otherwise I'm going to have to move back in with my parents in Sherman, TX. I hate Sherman, TX.

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles. I wish I could help. This might be a dumb question but have you looked in other areas for help finding a roommate like Craiglist. Good luck!

I have. At one point I had 3 different people planning on moving in and they all flaked out on me in the last minute.

Guess what! I just got my eviction notice! And every time I go in to talk to the managers they're not there! Yay! (I was hoping that if I put a positive spin on this I'd feel better.) Anybody wanna buy a couch, a love seat, a dining table, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a 27 inch CRT TV, a Tivo Premiere? I've been trying to sell these items for 3 weeks now and have failed gloriously! Yay! (positivity not helping)

Hey all, I was finally able to talk to the manager of my apartment complex (after having the worse timing ever and always missing her) and we were able to set up a payment plan. so I'm okay for another month. Sigh of relief, hugely.
