OOB Housing and Caddy Volunteers

Post by emmadholder »

Hey Everybody, This is the official call for housing volunteers and caddies for Out of Bounds! We need generous souls to volunteer their couches or guestrooms or perhaps their car and time for a ride or two. Caddying is basically just being available to an out of town troupe or performer should they need a ride or tips on where to go. That doesn't mean you HAVE to be available for rides, but that you will try to help them out when possible. Email me at emmaholder at gmail dot com for more info or to volunteer!

Thanks,

Emma

I love doing this - it is a great way to meet new troupes and is a big help to people.

many a lasting bond and business relationship has been forged through the caddy system.

Also, we're reimbursing you for mileage for the first time ever. Drive someone, get paid back for your troubles and your gas use.

Also, it's pretty keen to help out OOB and make sure these out of towners love the city as much as you do.

DO THIS.

Speaking on behalf of typical-day-job holders, can we help in any particular way? I'd be happy to offer rides as I'm able, but between busy 9-5 hours and various evening obligations, I feel kinda useless. :(
