48 Hour Film Project

Post by androidqueen »

Howdy party people!

Is anybody putting together a team for the 48 hour film project? If so, I'd love to join you. I'm a lousy writer, a wretched actress, a slow and clumsy editor, and my cinematograpy skills are decidedly subpar, so I think I'd be an asset to any team. I also have a car and a half-decent handheld camera.

For those of you who have never participated, it's a lot of fun. It's the weekend of August 24. If no other teams have a space for me, I'll probably try to form my own (or just make a movie with my cat). http://www.48hourfilm.com/en/austin/

It's actually wicked fun! ;)

So, I'm guessing by the plethora of views and dearth of replies, there might be some interest but 0-few teams? Who would be interested in starting a team and what would you like to do (write, edit, act, direct, music, organize, makeup, etc) ? Also, if you have access to anything that might come in handy (good filming locations, transportation, fun & exciting props, editing software), that's worth listing as well.
