From the City of Austin's Cultural Arts Division:
The Cultural Arts Division and the Austin Creative Alliance will be presenting at the May members' meeting of the Austin Concierge & Guest Services Association (AGCSA) and we want to show them ALL that the Austin arts scene has to offer!
The ACGSA is a professional organization for Austin-based hotels and individuals engaged in guest services, including concierges, front-desk staff, and managers. ACGSA members are the front-lines for Austin cultural tourism because they are in the position to recommend performances and attractions to hotel guests.
We want to arm the ACGSA members with all the information we can about Austin's arts organizations and your upcoming events, so we're asking you to submit brochures, flyers, or other marketing pieces which can be distributed at the meeting. There will also be a prize drawing. So, if you have any small, unique "swag" items you'd like to contribute, we'd love to get those as well.
Please drop off your materials at the Cultural Arts Division offices (201 E. 2nd Street) by Friday, May 11. Please do not bring more than 50 copies of any one item.
If you have any questions, please contact culturalarts@austintexas.gov.
Sincerely,
Megan Crigger
Cultural Arts Division Manager
