Hi, I'm Chris V!

Post by ChrisVil »

I figured today would be the day to introduce myself. I have attended the shows at The Hideout Theatre and Institution Theater many times, been to a few Salvage Vanguard shows and a couple of Coldtowne shows. I was on stage a few times at the Hideout, Coldtowne, and Institution via my name being pulled out of a hat. But I was never interested in taking improv classes. Earlier this year, I saw a groupon for TNM improv class and decided to purchase one. To make a long story short, the TNM level one classes were already in motion so I decided to take my level one class at The Institution Theater. Just recently completed level one (taught by Ted Meredith) and in my second week of level 2 which is being taught by Justin Davis.

Thanks guys! I appreciate the love. I wasn't sure if my post came across pretentious or not. I am glad to be apart of the AIC community. I will admit that I have two reasons for joining the forum. One was to introduce myself to everyone, including those that I have yet to meet in person. The other was to sign up for Fancy Pants in the near future :D I would love to partake in the fun, especially since I'm not interested in joining a troupe or auditioning for any shows (of course, I said the same thing about taking improv classes).

don't worry, they're very forgiving of that kind of thing around here (thank God). ;) WELCOME!
