Ruby here. My awesome room-mate is moving out at the end of May so I need someone else to take his spot June 1st!
The apartment is 2 bedroom 2 bath with a big pool and includes washer/drier. I live on South 1st street just north of Ben White. (Essentially just across the street from SummerMoon coffee shop).
You would have the master bedroom with a nice closet and your own private bedroom. In addition to rent, there's a monthly $15 water bill and then electric/wireless utilities.
