Also folks,
In the future, please don't back out once Thursday hits. If I'm late it is USUALLY because I'm trying to work something out and having you guys shift on me makes it a little harder. If you seriously need to know because you have another option, ping me privately and I'll let you know in/out/still on the fence.

Also once you are cast, really really don't back out. Totally bad form and I will only be nice about it if you have a really good excuse. If you might not play friends, give someone else a chance that week.
